Mint Math has no accounts and no sign-up. What you enter stays in your own browser. Here is everything that touches data, in plain terms.

What stays on your device

Your collection, watchlist, sold comps, ledger, settings and price alerts are saved in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us and we can't see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so use Back up my data in Collection to keep a copy.

The card scanner

When you scan a card, the photo is read on your device. Only the text it finds (such as the card name and number) is sent to our server to look the card up. The camera image itself is never uploaded or stored.

Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not identify you. We see totals, not individuals.

Links to eBay

Mint Math is a member of the eBay Partner Network. When you follow a link to eBay, the link carries our partner ID, and eBay may set its own cookies on its site so it can credit a purchase to us. Mint Math may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. eBay's handling of your data is covered by eBay's privacy notice.

Other services the page loads

• Cloudflare hosts the site and serves our price lookups. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces.
• Card and listing images load from TCGplayer's and eBay's image servers.
• jsDelivr delivers the text-reading library the scanner uses.

These services receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests files from them, as with any website.

Paid features

If you sign up for a paid feature such as deal alerts, payment is handled by the checkout provider named at checkout. We receive what's needed to give you access (such as your email or Discord name), never your card number.

Children

Mint Math is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
